Origin story
Bajawa's smallholders farm on rich volcanic ash beneath the Inerie volcano, shaded by native trees. Natural processing under Flores' dry-season sun brings out a heavy, sweet cup with chocolate, hazelnut and a distinctive floral-tobacco lift.
