Origin story
Sipirok's growers carry the classic Mandailing name — deep, earthy and full-bodied. Traditional wet-hulling on smallholder plots produces a robust, low-acid cup with dark chocolate, tobacco and a lingering, syrupy weight prized by espresso roasters.
